These almond biscotti are a favorite at farmers markets, festivals and just about everywhere we offer them. It wasn’t my intention to make almond biscotti, as we grew up with anise biscotti. Once customers started asking for them with increased frequency, I knew I had to give it a try. I am glad I did! My brother and I were astounded that we didn’t try this before! Where was almond biscotti our whole lives???? Oh well, we have it now (and with dark-chocolate drizzle) and can enjoy every bite!
